A short bit about me. My name is Colin Southon and I am based Near Dornoch in the Scottish Highlands. As a kid, which was a long time ago now, I was interested in film photography. Over the years it kind of got lost and it was not rekindled until I moved with my wife Marie in 2004 to the Highlands - surrounded by beautiful countryside, mountains and the stags! We then had the opportunity to have a dog or 2 and that is when I ventured into the digital camera world. Photography time now is taken up mostly by dogs, stags and a few coo's and then of course making frames. I started making the frames for myself, as I like old wooden things and they fitted in with the stag pictures which gave us the idea for the engraved mirrors.
